Auction Terms: 

Personal Property; Payment in full is due day of auction by cash or good check only. All items sold “AS-IS WHERE-IS” and must be removed day of auction, so bring a truck or trailer and help to load.

Real Estate; A 20% down payment is due by the buyer at end of auction. The balance is due on or before October 16th, 2017. The sellers will provide a general warranty deed, title search, & new survey. The buyer/s is/are responsible for all other closing costs. Shane Albright Auctions acts as agent for the sellers only in this transaction. There have been no inspections of the property or buildings, and will be sold “AS-IS WHERE-IS.”
